Family Reunion

Dad, Kathleen, Ryan and I all headed to a little town just outside Tallahassee Florida for a family reunion in October.  The food was so good that I couldn't stop eating for the whole trip.  It was really good to see family members on my dad's side.  Some of them I hadn't seen in nearly ten years.  Ryan and I took dad's rental car into Valdosta where Ryan grew up.  We met up with some of his friends and hit the local bars.  Some how along the course of the night we ended up banging the car against the curb.  The car pulled to the right so much, it nearly gave you a cramp trying to drive it.  Dad and Kathleen were not happy.
From left to right, Dad, Grandma, Roy and Ronnie.  These are my uncles.  They all grew up together in Valdosta Georgia.

Don't be fooled.  I nearly fell out of the boat more times than I can count.  I don't even want to talk about being able to bait my own hook.  I did catch Fishingone fish early in the trip though.  My dad and two uncles got out on the lake and pulled every damn fish out of that water.  I'm sure that's why I didn't catch anything else for the remainder of the trip.

Every year, grandma wows us with a dare-devil stunt for the whole family to enjoy.  This picture was taken just after grandma jumped over the cabin and onto theMotorcycle lawn while blind-folded.  This particular time, she came a little close to the roof and when the bike hit the ground, she nearly went over the handle bars.  She'll have to work on that for next time.
